Company General Pricing Policy

Tesseral Technologies Inc. is dedicated to provide users of its software with upgrades due to the process of its constantly developing product(s) in accordance with the market needs, and also with feedback from the company's clients. Our policy is to keep prices on the Product(s) stable. Nevertheless, Company has to correct its pricing policy in a result of the product(s) development and general changes in economy.

This document is providing basis for the Company and a (potential) Client in choosing the best variant of the package unit depending on its needs and the unit license price. The price discount for the license of a particular package unit may be then negotiable between potential Client and the Company. For educational and training facilities the Company grants considerable discounts depending on their particular profile.

Prices for the license acquisition and leasing of the package are presented in the corresponding spreadsheet document, where depending on a negotiated deal may be preset a particular package configuration for the (potential) Client. In the highlighted fields the Client may enter data to estimate the software package licensing price for its actual version and different variants and configurations. The spreadsheets are arranged accordingly to available options of the package configuration. Last spreadsheet "Quote" is providing resume for the particular configuration licensing price and may already contain parameters of the required by the (potential) Client configuration of the package. "Summary" may contain extended plan of licensing.

The software package is provided in different license variants:

1) Purchase for not limited by date using;
2) Tranche leasing of the package until full license payment and following conversion to Purchase;
3) Ongoing annual leasing;
4) Enhancement upgrades of the package to considerably enhancing product or/and bigger configuration.

Depending on history of M&S payment there are different license service configurations:

1) Permanent - for unlimited by time period license;
2) +Renewal - for clients renewing the package after interruption in M&S service;
3) +Leasing - for client's selected leasing variant;
3) +M&S - (usually annual) Maintenance and support fees.

In any license purchase/renewal/leasing M&S service fee for period from 6 months to 1 year (as some percent of the license price) is included..
